FitKids Club History
The Fit Kids Club has been operational for the past 30 years. It is a non-competitive gymnastics program for children from Babies to Adults. In this time the club has helped thousands of children develop gymnastic skills, build self-esteem and enjoy the fun and excitement that can be had from exercise.
Fit-Kids Club is affiliated with the Queensland and Australian Gymnastics Federations. Our governing body provides all members with a comprehensive insurance cover when involved in the programs and gives peace of mind that your child is protected while participating in the sessions.
Fit Kids Club, is also a registered Active Australia provider. Our coaches are accredited in Kindy-gym, Artistic, General Gymnastics, Aerobic Gymnastics and Tumbling & Double Mini Trampoline, all holding current First-Aid Certificates and Blue Cards.
All classes are casual attendance, therefore, there is no need to book, just come on in.

myDynamics History
The myDynamics Gymnastics Club, is the competitive arm of the well known, “FitKids Club Buderim”. Children participating in the FitKids Program can join the competitive Gymnastics program if they wish.
Eileen began myDynamics Club in 2011 after working with Christina & “Showtime” for 8 years. In this short time myDynamics members have competed at Queensland State Championships with some members being chosen to compete for Queensland at Nationals Championships.
A little bit about me and the origin of 'myDynamics'.
My name is Eileen Fowler and I have lived on the Sunshine Coast since 1979 and attended Buderim Mountain Primary School and Immanuel Lutheran College for High School. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at both. During that time I was competing in Women's Artistic Gymnastics from the age of 4 to 14 up to Level 8 (optionals) of which I was at Maroochy Beach Gymnastics Club, for the most part.
On graduating from Immanuel Lutheran College I worked for Westpac for 15 years in many roles including managing Brisbane City branches, training all of Queensland Branch staff and new recruits in Sydney and all roles, within a Branch, as well as on Relief, while working on the Sunshine Coast. At the age of 16, and during my career life, I participated in Aerobics in Gym's and still do today, as well as teach as a Group Fitness Instructor.
