Fit Kids Programs

 Kindy Kids (Walkers - 3 Years)             Costs: $14 for each Child

Kindy-Kids is a fun and engaging introductory program that allows the parent/carer to participate in the class with the child. The focus of the program is to introduce fundamental movement skills, both fine and gross motor, while encouraging children to develop a life-long love for exercise and activity. 

Pre Kids (4-5 Years)                  Discounts: For a 10 week Term upfront - 1 week free

An extension of the Kindy-Gym program, Pre-Kids combines basic gymnastics skills and fun conditioning games specific to the development of 4-5 year olds.

Fit Kids (Prep age -12 Years)                 No extra costs involved.  The above covers for  everything. 

Fit-Kids gives children the opportunity to develop a more advanced level of gymnastics skills in an encouraging and fun environment. We concentrate on developing children's agility, balance, coordination and strength. By teaching skills guided by individual ability, we are able to build healthy, happy kids with good self-esteem and a positive attitude toward physical exercise for life. Each class involves up-tempo music, a variety of gymnastics exercises, fast moving games, and our super circuit, which is full of opportunities to refine gymnastics skills. We keep our kids moving for the whole class! 

Physical Literacy 

The learning and practice of fundamental movement are the basic building blocks for the development of physical literacy. Much like the alphabet and phonics are the fundamental skills needed to learn to read, the development of movement and sports specific skills are critical if children are to feel confident when they engage in physical activity for fun, for health or for competition and in pursuit of excellence.  

Participation Rewards

At Fit-Kids we love to reward the participation of every child! After each Fitkids Class all club members receive an attendance sticker. When they collect 10 stickers on their Fit-Kids attendance cards they are rewarded with a prize of their choice from the prize box.

myDynamics Aerobics/Tumbling Gymnastics


Aerobics has not only been a great form of physical training for the general public since the end of the 1980’s, but also a top-level competitive sport.

Aerobic Gymnastics presents dynamic moves, strength, flexibility, co-ordination and musicality in a routine, lasting up to 1 minute 30 seconds.

The different categories are: Individuals Men, Individual Women’s, Mixed Multiples (up to 6 gymnasts) & Teams (up to 10 gymnasts). The routine is performed on a 7 x 7 m area (floor – for individuals & Multiples), 10 x 10 m for FIG International Competitiors and the Aerodance Teams. 

Aerobic Gymnastics is the ability to perform continuous complex and high intensity movement patterns to music, which originate from traditional aerobic exercises: the routine must demonstrate continuous movement, flexibility, strength and the utilisation of the seven Aerobic basic steps, with perfectly executed movements, including difficulty elements.

Tumbling Competitions require the athletes to perform 2 x 5 Skill Passes showing power, speed, strength & momentum.  These Competitions also include Double Mini Trampoline Passes which is jumps and saltos performed on Trampoline, therefore, requiring precision, timing, control & strength.
